By using the Tintco website (tintco.com) and our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Products and services
Tintco provides decorative paint, wall coverings, flooring systems, and tiles, alongside specification and application services. Product images on the site approximate real finishes; final appearance depends on substrate, light, and application technique.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). Kuwait does not levy VAT. Pricing for service-products (microcement, marbled plaster, epoxy floors, etc.) is "from" and finalized after site visit. Payment terms are agreed in the written quote.
Site visits and quotes
We aim to return a written quote within 48 hours of a site visit. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. A scheduling deposit may be required for confirmed projects.
Workmanship guarantee
Services we apply are guaranteed for two years against application defects, with one revisit at twelve months. The guarantee does not cover damage from third-party works, water ingress, or misuse.
Returns
Unopened paint tins and tiles may be returned within 14 days for store credit. Opened tins, custom-mixed colors, and service deposits are non-refundable except where required by law.
Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from a product or service is limited to the value of that product or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kuwaiti courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
