This Privacy Policy describes how Tintco ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our website, request a quote, place an order, or visit our showroom in Kuwait City. It applies to all customer interactions across our digital and physical channels.

We collect information you provide directly — name, email, phone, address, and project details when you request a quote or schedule a site visit. We collect technical information automatically — browser type, IP, and pages visited — to maintain and improve the site. We do not collect payment-card details directly; payments are processed through our payment provider.
How we use your information
To fulfil orders and site-visit bookings; to communicate about your project; to provide customer support; to send marketing communications (only if you opt in); and to comply with legal obligations under Kuwaiti law.
Retention
We retain order and project records for seven years for accounting and warranty purposes. Marketing data is retained until you opt out.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing hello@tintco.com. We respond within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails one-click via the link in each message.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted. Material changes will be highlighted with an effective date at the top.
